- Primarily involved in selling of residential spaces to the individual/corporate/investor clients.
- Responsible for individual functioning & targets
- Responsible for generating business for the residential agency through sales.
- Responsible for handling & qualifying entire set up for sales, relationship building, customer counseling, finalizing deals, collecting market intelligence & formulating sales strategies.
- Responsible for screening of the new areas/new projects, project marketing, mandates & creating long term/short term avenues for business.
- Manage and close the entire Transaction Life Cycle
- Business development and getting listed with corporate for sales.
- Planning and implementing channel partner module, for better market penetration, accelerate sales & brand visibility.
- Networking with aggregators, investors and landlords
- Negotiation strategy with landlord
- Negotiation strategy with client
- Customize service offering to meet client expectations
- Build good contacts with HNI/NRI
Ideal Candidate:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in wealth management/ brokerage services to HNIs
- Prior experience in IPCs will be an added advantage
- Well networked with HNIs in Mumbai and able to generate business almost immediately
- Local market knowledge esp of South Mumbai
- Knowledge of Real Estate transactions
- Aggressive go getter who is able to close deals independently
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
