A project sales manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing sales projects. They work with sales teams, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
Some of their responsibilities include:
- Project planning: Develop customer solutions, create a project plan, and identify project deliverables
- Sales strategy: Oversee market research, sales plans, and target setting
- Team management: Coach and motivate team members, and monitor their sales success
- Client relationships: Maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Product training: Deliver product and therapy training to care providers

- Proposal development: Be accountable for proposals at all stages, from budgetary to high-level bid documents
- Accounting: Control accounting and audit related queries
- Influencer management: Build rapport with key influencers and provide them with technical knowhow
- Project sales managers should have a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills, and be able to adapt to market changes.
