Area Manager - Product Sales - HVAC

We are Looking for B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) with min. 6 years of relevant exp. in Product Sales of -

Packaged & Ductable Units
VRV
VRF Units
Chillers
Air Conditioners

Operational

- Inquiry generation and analyzing the inquiry

- Offer preparation and submission to customer

- Market analysis and track competition

- Selling of packaged and ductable unit and/or chillers and implement necessary plan to achieve annual target(TO & TR)

- Preparation of MIS and other relevant reports

- Assisting SSPs for closing deals.

Customer Focus

- Conversion of at least 2-3 anti-influencers to neutral and 5-6 neutral into pro Voltas

People Centric

- Retention of existing SSPs

Financial

- Ensure total collection of payments before dispatch of machines.
