Area Manager - Pre-Owned Car Business

One of our reputed client having interest in multi brand pre-owned car business is looking for Area Managers based out of Mumbai.

Qualification:

- Degree and Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

- Graduate/MBA

Experience:

- Experience in Dealer / Franchisee development and management.

- Min 3 Years as Showroom Manager at Automobile Dealership in Used car Dealership

- Must Have handled the procurement and sales team

Functional

- Understanding of Pricing of used car

- Understanding of Refurbishment of Used car

- Understanding of sales/procurement process i.e. including enquiry registration/follow up's/conversions

Job Description

- Achieving monthly Sales volume and Profit targets for the assigned Dealer Network/Territory

- Implementations of company policies/systems/and process at dealerships

- Recruitment/training/achieving targets of employee at dealerships

- Developing procurement channels i.e. Used Car dealers/Workshop owners/workshop mechanics. Dealer / Franchisee Performance.

- Developing Sales channels i.e. Financers/DSA's etc

- Preparation of Buying and Selling Index of the city on monthly basis

- Monitoring of refurbishment/ageing etc of cars at dealerships.

- Report preparation as per company policy on daily/weekly/bimonthly/monthly basis

- Reporting of business volumes of individual dealerships on monthly/weekly basis.

- Collection of Royalty revenue from Dealerships on monthly basis.

- Handling customer complaints

- Monitoring Documentations of car sales through Dealerships

- Sales of company products i.e. warranty/insurance/finance/certification etc
