Job Roles & responsibilities:

- Responsible for the business target achievement of the team through OEM dealerships in the assigned geography.

- Leading the team to increase new dealership acquisitions and improving existing client relationships

- Regularly visit dealers and maintain strong relationships with partners for promoting client

- Continuous engagement with partners for achieving the assigned business goals

- Motivate and drive the team towards achieving the business target
