About our Client - Our client is an International food retail chain which operates over 1,000 restaurants across five continents. Globally, they are well known for their product, innovative flavors and excellent customer service. Currently, they are looking to expand their presence in the India market, and are looking at hiring their central management team. For the same, they are looking at hiring a Area Manager – JV Restaurants, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of all JV Restaurants across the country, and make sure that they adhere to brand standards and standard operating procedures

- Managing the P&L for all JV Restaurants and assist in the growth of the company from a market share and profit perspective

- Identifying any problem areas in the business and work along with the central support team to develop and execute plans to rectify them

- Managing a team of Restaurant Managers and assist in the growth and development of the restaurants, while adhering to company policies and procedures

- Assisting the marketing team and ensure the effective communication and execution of marketing campaigns across all JV Restaurants

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate in Business/Operations/Food & Beverages with around 7 years of experience. Prior experience in the food retail/retail industry is a must, and the experience of handled multiple outlets is preferred. The client is looking for someone who has the ability to lead a team, allocate work, and possess a reasonable understanding of the P&L. You should have an eye for detail and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. This job would require the incumbent to travel both domestically and internationally.
