Role/Designation : Area Manager
Reporting Manager : State Head/Zonal Head Location: Multiple
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing P&L for the area assigned.
- Manage and develop direct team Sales Manager and front line sales employees.
- Managing and delivering revenue targets set by the company on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Co-coordinating with corporate office and relevant teams for all client service related issues.
- Supervising the teams under in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and take necessary measures in terms of growth and development.
- Guiding and motivating the Sales Managers / Front line Sales Employees and providing all relevant support as required.
- Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere.
- Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to dealers.
- Creating agency distribution for the company.
- Overall responsible for implementation Technology adaptation in the assigned territory.
- Work along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resources across territories in the State.
Desired Profile :
- Graduation and MBA. Preferred from a tier I/II.
- Around 8 years of experience in similar role preferably in financial services / banking industry /pharma /scaled start-ups
- In-dept understanding of business context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.
- Preferably from Agency and Distribution channel we have a requirement of Area Manager or known as Territory Director in Pune.
His role is to handle a team of two branch managers which would have 6 Unit managers each in their team.
