Position- Area Manager-Fraud Control Unit

Location-Bangalore

CTC- upto 12.50 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Defining the policies of RCU for range of products & get it signed off with MD post committee discussion & their satisfaction.

- Drafting, committee & MD approval on investigation process & policies at the different front for the risk parameters.

- Training to the internal team, RCU agencies for quality & triggers.

- Review monitoring of construction linked cases for tranche release post appropriate end use of fund.

- Conclusive investigation of post & pre disbursement cases.

- Portfolio, Branch & vendor review.

- Operating the RCU functions with state, area & cluster wise teams.

- Products covered HL, (Purchase, Plot purchase, Plot purchase plus construction) LAP, BL, STBL in current active 55 HUBs.

- Searching & appropriate external RCU agency for verification activities across the region & their monitoring over quality & TAT.

- Assurance of execution of seeding activity to check the integrity & adherence to the business process.

- Discreet profile check of new joiners from their previous organization focused for integrity desk.

- Coordination across the functional department.

- Monthly & quarterly review with MD & COO.

- Review with audit committee & reporting to NHB.

Candidate Profile:

- Sound understanding of retail loans (Home Loan, LAP, Car Loans, Personal Loan and Business Loan etc) and the fraud trends and controls to prevent such frauds in these products

- CA/MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience in financial fraud investigation in Banks/NBFCs. Preference will be given to Certified Fraud Examiner

- Behaviorally, candidates should have ethical conduct, positive thinking, good networking, problem solving and analytical skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS office i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point; natural flair for digital processes and ability to quickly learn and operate IT systems including LOS, LMS, CRM, and similar software systems with respect to accessing information, downloading reports, basic understanding of input/output etc.
