Key Responsibilities :
- Franchise Development: Identify and recruit new franchise partners to expand market presence in the designated areas.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Training and Support: Organize training programs for franchise partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor franchisee performance and provide actionable feedback to improve sales and operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns that drive franchise sales.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on franchise performance, sales metrics, and market opportunities to senior management.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by franchisees promptly and effectively.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
