KRA :
- Identifying prospective set of clients/outlets and profiling them
- New client acquisitions
- Dealing with shops/supermarkets/corporate clients for setting up company's machines and products to their stalls
- Sharing samples to them
- Taking care of both General trade and Modern Trade
- Ensure timely product delivery
- Achieving primary and secondary sales targets
- Handling and maintaining team of Sales Executives
- Responsible for meeting business targets of the month
- Monitoring weekly and monthly Sales billing and secondary follow-up
- Preparing demand forecasting & managing inventory
- Reporting competitive activity, schemes related developments from the market
- To coach and to train a team of Sales Executives/officers
Experience :
- 2-5 Years of experience in reputed FMCG companies with good geographical knowledge of Mumbai
- Current designation: ASM
