Our client is an e-commerce company looking for a candidate who can handle the following responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Maximising sales and profitability.
- Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
- Maintaining and increasing the sales of your company services and products and standards of customer service.
- Driving and responsible for team performance.
- Controlling the training and development of your staff.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures and Reporting to senior managers.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in managing outside sales team of minimum 3 people for two years in same company. (preferably from healthcare sales)
- Tech Savvy with good knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent Verbal and communication skills.
- Love to travel and meet people.
- Decision maker, problem solver and creative thinking skills.
