- Handling sales channels like - GeneralTrade/ModernTrade/KeyAccounts etc
- Lead Field Sales Team for the entire B2B business for the assigned region.
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss of assigned region.
- New customer Acquisition, activation & reactivation of customers.
- Build effective Communication tool for Customer Consultants to enable 100%, cascade information at the market level.
- Responsibility towards customers, stockholders and the public characterises our corporate thinking and Actions.
- Inventory planning, negotiation with vendors to get maximum support from brands .
Skill Set Required :
- Must have handled Channel Sales / Modern Trade channels in FMCG set-up.
- Should have handled a decent team size (min 5 -10).
- Understands the process of increasing coverage/manpower/ pincode etc
- Good in line selling techniques etc.
- Ready to handle Delivery challenges/returns/RTO/Quality issues etc
- Reasonable experience in e-commerce links.
- Must know the local market well (Bangalore / Chennai)
