Area Manager - Channel Partner - Housing Finance NBFC
- Looking to hire for an NBFC for Area manager - Channel Partner role.
- The purpose of the role is to support the execution of sales strategies via Channel partners, in Delhi region.
- Development of channel partner network.
- Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities.
- Meeting customers on a regular basis for achieving planned targets.
- Achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis.
- Identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles. and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
- Monitor and review broker's performance and help them in achieving maximum business.
- Manage & lead a frontline team - coach and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree/ MBA
- 4 - 8 years of experience in mortgage sales with experience in managing channel partner network
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
