- Drive channel strategy/ philosophy/ processes to the last tier of channel
Recruitment:
- Ensure capacity utilization by recruiting ABMs as per the manpower budget of the region.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment criteria and process set by the company.
Induction & Training:
- Ensure that employees recruited in the region are inducted and trained as per the Training Policy defined by the company.
- Identify the training gaps of the Team and plug them in discussion with Training team.
Business Development:
- Drive Business Target.
- Maintain LOB Mix & Revenue indicator for region.
- Achieve Set standards in terms of FRM Productivity, Activity Management for the region.
- Aggregate & Report Business Performance for the region on all the parameters defined above.
- Drive various R&R at the region done at local level or as defined by HO from time to time.
Man-management:
- Motivation and retention of core team.
- Ensure ABMs are provided Handholding and sales orientation by active coaching
- To identifying Training Requirement at all levels mainly FRM and handhold via Training Manager.
- Periodic review of ABMs.
- Apply ones knowledge experience to take Smart Business decisions
- Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company (HR, Operations, Finance, Legal) are always complied in the region
