- Understanding of sales/procurement process i.e. including enquiry registration/follow up's/conversions
Job Description
- Achieving monthly Sales volume and Profit targets for the assigned Dealer Network/Territory
- Implementations of company policies/systems/and process at dealerships
- Recruitment/training/achieving targets of employee at dealerships
- Developing procurement channels i.e. Used Car dealers/Workshop owners/workshop mechanics. Dealer / Franchisee Performance.
- Developing Sales channels i.e. Financers/DSA's etc
- Preparation of Buying and Selling Index of the city on monthly basis
- Monitoring of refurbishment/ageing etc of cars at dealerships.
- Report preparation as per company policy on daily/weekly/bimonthly/monthly basis
- Reporting of business volumes of individual dealerships on monthly/weekly basis.
- Collection of Royalty revenue from Dealerships on monthly basis.
- Handling customer complaints
- Monitoring Documentations of car sales through Dealerships
- Sales of company products i.e. warranty/insurance/finance/certification etc
