Position:Area Manager- Delhi NCR

Person Specs:

Educational Qualifications: Should be a Graduate & an MBA graduate

Experience – 5-12yr of Exp.

CTC: 7-10 Lacs p.a.

- Should be from Apparel Background and exposure of EBO`s and MBO`s .It would be additional advantage if have got trade experience also.

Scope:

- Lead Retail Sales and responsible for store operations.

- Store manager is the person ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations (or management) of a retail store. All employees working in the store report to the store manager.

Responsibilities of a store manager may include:

- Human Resources, specifically: recruiting, hiring, training and development, performance management of the staff

- Business operations, including managing profit and loss, loss prevention (also called shrink)

- Product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns

- Team Development, facilitating staff learning and development

- Problem solving, handling unusual circumstances

- Maintaining and increasing sales

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Servicing the needs of your existing customers

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

- Recruiting and training sales staff

- Allocating areas to sales representatives

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

- Compiling and analysing sales figures

- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Reporting to senior managers
