- Manages a team of Wealth Relationship Managers.
- Leading, guiding and mentoring a team of Wealth Banking Managers.
- Strategic planning and implementation to achieve business goals.
- Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth Customers through joint calls with RMs.
- Ensuring team focus and consistent delivery across all products as per defined vectors - Balance sheet, Contactibility, Investment & Insurance, Asset products, Trade Forex.
- Monitoring & reviewing Relationship Manager's Portfolio quality and hygiene metrics.
- Achievement of Relationship Manager Targets.
- Effectively manage and motivate team.
- Hiring and retaining competent team members.
- Portfolio analysis with RMs and alignment with client needs.
- Ensuring 360- client engagement - "Total Client Ownership".
- Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales teams and Branch Teams to leverage Cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
- Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team.
- Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders.
Experience: 6 years and above.
CTC: 30 Lacs.
Need a candidate with Wealth management and team handling experience.
Will look after Gujarat.
