Looking to hire for a Renowned NBFC for a Area Head - SME role.
- Responsible for building the book size and developing the SEG/SME segment for the region through the acquisition of clients, strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying new channels for lead generation and market penetration.
- To enhance market share in the region by strengthening the product portfolio, monitoring and mentoring RMs on their sales efforts, developing new channels [CAs/Brokers] / leads, devising business development & brand management initiatives to gain market share & increasing functional capabilities of the RMs to challenge competition in markets.
- To monitor region sales productivity and ensure strong risk mitigation through effective credit analysis, compliant sales operations and tight post sanction surveillance of collaterals
- To coordinate closely with internal stakeholder teams for loan sanctioning and disbursal process as well as client teams for swift and compliant closure of loan documentation
- To build strong credibility and customer relationships for the brand in the region through client engagement and tight TAT management
- To act as a point of escalation for specific cases, fraud alerts, customer complaints or exception handling and support the removal of bottlenecks for the achievement of business targets for SME segment in the region.
