Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Oversee a team of Product Sales Managers and Activation Officers.
- Ensure the team's performance aligns with business goals and objectives.
Client Development:
- Develop and expand the customer client base.
- Spot opportunities in the market to target companies, industries, and sectors.
Sales and Revenue:
- Achieve budget targets for Cash Management Solutions and Liabilities.
- Structure transactions and assist in pricing to ensure revenue is aligned with risks and administrative efforts.
P&L Responsibility:
- Manage the profit and loss for the unit.
- Drive the growth of the team and the business unit.
Special Initiatives:
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and existing clients.
Training and Enablement:
- Train and enable Branch Banking Teams to effectively sell Cash Management Products.
Market Penetration:
- Ensure desired market penetration by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns, and enhancing brand presence.

Leadership Experience:
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading multi-state operations.
Sales and Business Development:
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and expanding client bases in the financial sector.
