To ensure increased structured underwriter interactions with Brokers
Ensure internal departmental coordination - Product / Process
Adherence to internal processes for sourcing business as per u/w guidelines & ensures strict implementation with brokers
Keeps abreast of changing internal processes and adapting to the same.
Positive interaction with internal stakeholders to get things done
Knowledge sharing - Product / Process & Proposition with Agents & ensuring business hygiene
Ensure self attendance for all relevant training sessions
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA (Marketing & Insurance)
Should have 8-12 years of min experience in General Insurance
Excellent Communication skills
Should be presentable
