Area Head - Lead Fulfillment Team

- Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

- Responsible for handling a team of 10 - 20 Relationship Managers.

- Responsible for developing the team - setting performance standards, monitoring results, general feedback and complying with policies.

- Recruitment of RMs in case of expansion or resignation.

- Ensuring self and team productivity.

- Conduct scheduled reviews and take appropriate actions.

- Submit timely reports to Central Sales Lead

- Coordinate with Smart Branch for processing the leads through CRM on daily basis.
