Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving the Sales Revenue of the assigned area and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sourcing of commercially attractive technology and solutions sales opportunities from schools/Institutions and negotiating profitable agreements with them.
- Prepare Business Plans and ensure market penetration in the assigned area
- Driving sales involving effective promotional activities, product awareness with customers for growth and profitability.
- Creating cross sales opportunities and leverage all available networks and alliances
- Engaging in long-term relationship with existing customers and identifying & converting new opportunities to ensure renewals/retention
- Responsible for manpower planning, selecting and retaining competitive manpower
- Creating Capacity building programmes for teams
- Responsible for performance management of assigned teams
