JOB DETAILS:
Position: Area Head.
Experience: 4+ years in Direct Sales of Life Insurance with at least 2 years in team handling.
Location: Mumbai (Mira Road).
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive life insurance sales through the Direct Channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Manage team performance and address any performance issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Ensure High levels of customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Skills:
- Life Insurance Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in life insurance sales.
- Direct Channel Experience: Extensive experience in driving sales through the Direct Channel.
- Team Handling Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Direct Life Insurance Sales, with at least 2 years in team handling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to join immediately or within 15 days.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai (Mira Road) market is a plus.
