Hiring for all Areas in UP - Uttar Pradesh for Top Bank
Job Purpose :
The position is created for Managing a team of approx. 100-200 VLE's ( BF 's + BCs) across spanned Districts in a state and this encompasses Business delivery through the manpower available on all Products specified and meeting Sales Budgets, Activation norms and productivity benchmarks. It covers Onboarding, Training, activation of allocated manpower and drive business for given locations .
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 - 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)
- TEAM & CHANNEL MANAGEMENT - Manage a given territory for the CSC Banking Channel ,
- Job includes management of CSC Vertical in that Territory along with CSC Banking Channel sales team
- Increase business, market share, and cross sell of the bank products through CSC BO / BF channel .
- To increase profitability of CSC Banking Channel for the Territory
- MEET ASSIGNED BUSINESS DELIVERY TARGETS - Meet assigned targets of CASA , Liabilities, assets and all other products available for sourcing
- Meet Productivity norms for BF's and BC's
- Meet Quality parameters in business sourced/ Acquired
- Plan Territory level business Growth Plans and meet them
- UPKEEP, MAINTAINENCE OF HUMAN HYGIENE PARAMETERS IN A ALLOCATED TEAM, THROUGH TRAININGS - Conducting regular meeting with CSC-E Governance Team ( DM's & DC's ) for on boarding
- Imparting constant trainings for various products and processes including new product launches.
- Ensuring correct mapping of BC's & BF's with branches
- Being a facilitator by connecting various verticals like RBB, ASSETS, PAYMENT business, CARDs etc with BCs & BFs to seamlessly run business delivery
- IDENTIFICATION , ONBOARDING OF OFF ROLE BF'S ( BANKING FACILITATORS AND BC's ( BANKING CORRESPONDENTS ) AND ENSURE THEIR PERFORMANCE - Identification of new BC's/ BF having good potential / with competition and on boarding him/ her in the territory.
- Ensure constant training for up skilling available manpower
- Ensure post proper geo tagging of BF's and BC's Regulatory compliance and displays (Signage's etc ) are well adhered to
- Providing Assistance in terms of Marketing campaigns , Display , Banners , Marketing Kits , road shows etc by liasioning with Marketing units.
- CONSTANT LIASIONING AND MANAGING CROSS FUNCTIONAL CHANNELS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE BANK - Working with all product groups to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure constant liasioning with RBB, Assets, ME teams for business growth
- Constant liasioning with marketing teams for various marketing initiatives being seamlessly delivered in the specified territory
- Constant liasioning with CSC e-governace team
Educational Qualifications Key Skills :
- Graduation: /Post-Graduation:
- Preferably a PGDM/ MBA
- Sales and Influencing Skills
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Regulatory Knowledge
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Communication
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
- Has to be exceptionally good in leading large sales teams and have direct selling as well as Channel management capabilities
- Preferably to have handled financial sales either Banking of Liability/ Asset Products
- Should typically have abilities to Bridge Execution/ Product offerings and Problem solving not only himself but through the way he assimilates and amalgamates distinct channels
- People training skills have to be a core competence-This is a necessity
- Preferably should have managed off Role/ Non Employee/ Agency/ DSA / any one of the given
- Can be a person who has managed Sales through teams for Financial Inclusion or other Corporate BCs
Experience Required:
1. At least a total Experience of 2-5 Years + with a major portion of experience in handling large sales teams
2. Preferably to have handled financial sales either Banking of Liability/ Asset Products
3. The candidate should typically have abilities to Bridge Execution/ Product offerings and Problem solving not only himself but through the way he assimilates and amalgamates multiple distinct channels
4. People training & Engagement skills have to be a core competence
5. Banking Industry experience a must ( can be preferably from Rural Banking sector )
