Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Product Sales Managers and Activation Officers across multiple states.
- Development: Develop and mentor team members to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
Business Development:
- Client Base Expansion: Develop new and expand the existing customer client base for Cash Management Solutions and liabilities.
- Market Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, working with Product Sales Managers and the relationship team to target companies, industries, and sectors.
Financial Performance:
- Budget Achievement: Ensure the achievement of budgets for Cash Management Solutions and liabilities.
- P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) of the unit, ensuring financial targets are met and driving profitability.
Sales Initiatives:
- Special Initiatives: Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events to attract prospective and existing clients.
- Transaction Structuring: Structure transactions and assist the team in formulating pricing to ensure revenue aligns with risks and administrative efforts.
Training & Enablement:
- Branch Training: Train and enable branch banking teams to effectively sell Cash Management Products.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure successful product penetration in the market.
Market Penetration:
- Marketing Support: Ensure effective market penetration of Cash Management Products by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns, and enhancing brand presence.
- Visibility Campaigns: Develop and oversee campaigns to increase the visibility and appeal of CMS offerings in the market.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and management roles, particularly in cash management solutions or related financial products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage multi-state operations, and achieve sales and financial targets.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of Cash Management Solutions and related financial products.
- Familiarity with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the financial sector.
Skills:
