Role: Area Head - Business development

Reporting to : VP

Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience.

- Leadership skills and ability to lead large teams across multiple areas/locations.

- Self-Motivated with positive attitude and should be great team player.

- Strong marketing skills and business development attributes.

- Have worked with either Corporate DSAs/ Consultants/ Banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions or any such relevant organizations in the past.

- Good and clear verbal and written communication skills.

- Have reasonable credit assessment and analytical skills to understand loan/credit proposal.

Job Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate should have minimum of 7 years' relevant experience across domestic / National SME/MSME/LAP/SL/USL market (Retail and SME/MSME segment), of which some years of experience in Heading a Team for a particular Area or Region will be an advantage.

- Overall the candidate should have worked in business development profile and should have actively generated leads/business for various loans and debt products.

- Ability to generate business directly through Clients or through Connectors, DSAs, Channel partners like CAs, bankers, other intermediaries etc.

- Good understanding of the lending products available in the market to suit the requirement of the clients.

- Knowledge about various lender profiles and respective loan criteria to know the type of transactions that will suit particular lender/s.

- Relationships with various Lenders i.e. Banks /NBFCs/other lenders.
