We are looking for an experienced Area Manager - Branch Banking to lead multiple branches, drive business growth, and enhance customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CASA sales, asset growth, cross-selling third-party products, and mentoring branch teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve business objectives for the area, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity metrics.
- Drive CASA sales, asset growth, TFX, and third-party product sales (Insurance, General Insurance, etc.) through branch channels.
- Lead Branch Managers and Operations Teams, mentoring and motivating sales teams.
- Enhance deposit pool from customers and ensure high customer service standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to KYC, audit, and company policies.
- Plan and manage manpower across branches, improving RM & RO channel productivity.
- Monitor service quality parameters and maintain high branch morale and productivity.
- Analyze business MIS and manage book performance effectively.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Postgraduate degree preferred. 10-12 years of experience in team handling and relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of CASA, cross-selling products, and financial services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze business data and drive performance improvements.
