Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the Hyderabad region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and contractors.
Distribution Operations:
- Ensure the efficient and timely distribution of products across Hyderabad.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse teams, and distributors to manage inventory levels and deliveries.
- Optimize distribution routes and methods to improve service levels and reduce costs.
Market Development:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends specific to Hyderabad.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives and distribution staff.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and improving service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and distribution efficiency.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and adjustments to sales and distribution plans.
- Report to the Regional Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the paint or related industry.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Other Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Telugu is essential.
Location: Based in Hyderabad with regular travel within the region
