We are hiring for Area Credit Manager who could create CAM for MCG or LCG of portfolio who is currently handling a ticket size of 25 Cr+ and Turnover of 250+ Cr.

Designation: Area Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Assessment and Structuring:

- Prepare credit notes detailing transaction structuring and assessment.

- Perform detailed financial analysis, addressing major movements in P&L and balance sheets, citing reasons for such movements.

- Structure the transaction and provide a view on credit, detailing risks and mitigants.

Interaction with Collections/Sales:

- Engage regularly with collections and sales teams to track delinquencies.

- Study delinquent cases to derive learnings and share insights with the team.

Client Pre- Approval and Rating:

- Conduct pre- approval and rating of all clients with exposure exceeding Rs 500L.

- Organize regular training sessions for sales, channel partners, and field sales staff on various product policies and processes.

Portfolio Management:

- Ensure quality documentation, manage post- disbursal documents, and maintain acceptable delinquency levels.

Process Improvement:

- Work on projects and process improvements as required.

Risk Evaluation:

- Critically evaluate transaction risk, business and financial risk of the borrower, and industry risk.

Market Intelligence:

- Develop market intelligence by engaging with counterparts in other banks and financial institutions to understand their policies, focus areas, and portfolio health.

Automation and Product Development:

- Identify opportunities for automation in existing processes and contribute to new product development.

Early Warning Signals:

- Raise early warning signals for stressed accounts and take appropriate measures for timely exit.

Audit Compliance:

- Ensure minimal audit queries, including those from RBI and statutory audits, and resolve them within prescribed timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- CA or CFA or MBA from Tier I/II B School

- Strong analytical and financial assessment skills.

- Person who has Managed a book size of 350 Cr+.

- Person who has Ticket Size of 25Cr- 50Cr
