Area Credit Manager - Large Corporate - Banking

- Credit appraisal, internal rating calculation and assessment of Large Corporate Proposals for Term Loan Assessment through Structured Financing

- Portfolio comprises of Funding of Large corporate, NBFC, HFC and products include Term loan and NCDs

- Analysis and appraisal of credit proposals within prescribed TAT for Large Corporate Clients (Listed/ Unlisted)- under the framework of various risk factors like Industry risk, Business risk, financial risk, Management risk, Project risk & structure risk.

- Guiding the sub-ordinates for developing their Skills, Domain knowledge and operational know how.

- Providing risk review by preparing rating rationale for credit proposals by analyzing CMA, understanding the credit note, suggesting changes in assumptions, financial model analysis, scenario analysis & stress testing projections etc.

- Analysis of proposal under financial risk which include ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, Debt serviceability, off balance sheet liabilities, corporate guarantees, MPBF calculation, peer analysis etc.

- Collaborate with Clients and relationship for Understanding Businesses, procure credit related information, Term sheet negotiation, modification, Propose Financial, Security related Covenants and structuring the deal. EWS and portfolio monitoring for large corporates (sector agnostic).

- Credit appraisal and rating the client based on Crisil's RAM rating model and provide sector specific inputs as required.

- Collaborating with Business, CAD, Operations, Product and compliance teams etc, for seamless credit delivery.
