Area Credit Manager - Home Loans - NBFC

We are hiring for a fast growing NBFC having PAN India operations.

Role Details:

Credit Manager - Home Loans

- Undertake objective critical analysis of the credit proposal submitted by the local credit team based on pre-determined criteria and analysis of market information, current macroeconomic scenario, current portfolio concentration, etc.

- Risk assessment and credit appraisal of Loan document assessment for LAP, Housing Finance & Mortgage Products.

- Suggest or validate structuring of credit facilities to provide end to end solutions to customers credit requirements through products available in Mortgage business.

- Identifying & accepting the mitigates and strengths for going ahead with the transaction.

- Ensure appropriate feedback mechanism & parameters in place for rejecting or approving the file, coordinating with the collection team for effective debt collection.

Requirements:

CA / MBA (finance) with minimum 4 years of experience in Credit underwriting for Home loans.
