Designation : Area Credit Head
Job Description :
- Credit manager with credit sanctioning / recommending authority, responsible for analysis and credit underwriting of loans per EFS Policy Manual to micro, small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in the designated markets.
- Has accountability for the credit quality of the EFS loans underwritten and portfolio, including the due diligence, of the portfolio included in their markets.
- Accountable for ensuring accurate and appropriate analysis of applicant's credentials as per EFS Policy Manual.
- A team Manager of credit underwriters reporting to him, in delivering quality service to both internal and external clients, within TAT standards, besides evaluating their performance as per Organisation's goals/guidelines.
- To Administer and analyses the risks in the portfolio and proactively suggests steps to minimize those risks.
- Take pro-active Initiative to address delinquencies and to reduce the chances of accounts going into a non-performing status.
- Responsible for primary liaisoning with the internal Audit team, on all financial accounts and compliance matters for the locations assigned to him.
- Works constructively with his/her Regional/Zonal Heads - Products to design new, customer-friendly product and service solutions as to gain market share and increase financial inclusion of the urban unbanked entrepreneurs
- Prepares and monitors system related MIS and data updating for the requirement of the administration of the loans as per the EFS Loan Policy Manual and processes.
- Is the first person verifying the post disbursement documentation completion and compliance of all conditions including the sanction conditions stipulated on deals for all the location.
- Post Disbursement Monitoring: Preparation of end use certificate; preparing Qly. Visit schedule of all eligible a/cs in the branch/zone and submitting it to competent authority to decide and approve visits/allotment of personnel for such visits, etc.
- Ensure complete Qly. Visit as per guidelines and report findings to the competent authority for decision/instructions/orders.
- Any other job/responsibility entrusted by the competent authority from time to time including credit related personal discussion, unit visit, background verification, credit appraisal, etc.
- MBA is Mandatory
- CA Preferred
- Exposure in Secured & Unsecured Loan - Personal Loan, Business Loan, Loan Against Property.
- Have a thorough knowledge of credit-related laws
