Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- You are in control of the assigned geography's portfolio.

- You, the collection manager, and the employees from the collection agency will individually follow up on delinquent cases to make sure they are resolved.

- Assist in recovery of high-value non-performing asset (NPA) write-off cases.

- In charge of gathering and resolving cases related to the current bounce, 1-30, 31-60, and 61-90. Must concentrate on recovering unpaid invoices and other costs.

- Wherever necessary, you will hire repossession, collection, and valuation organizations.

- You are going to be advocates when needed.

- You will possess legal and collecting expertise for both secured and unsecured businesses.

- You will be able to apply the same recovery and collection instrument with the necessary legal understanding.

- You'll be knowledgeable about account administration and MIS.

- You will be willing to work remotely and without an office.

- Your oral and written communication abilities will be outstanding.

- In the event of a need, you will be able to communicate with the senior management group.

- You will be able to comprehend the account statement, the repayment plan, and the loan account foreclosure.

- You will be a productive leader who adheres to the policy and collection process in its entirety, values teamwork, upholds office etiquette, and follows the reporting hierarchy.
