Location- Patna, Indore, Silchar, Kolkata, Agra

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Agency Performance Review:

- Conduct thorough monthly reviews of agency performance metrics.

- Take decisive actions against underperforming agencies to ensure targets are met.

- Identify and recommend new agencies for collection services as needed.

Capacity Assessment (Avg. Collection Ratio - ACR):

- Regularly check and analyze Avg.

- Collection Ratio (ACR) to assess agency capacity and efficiency.

- Make recommendations for adjustments or improvements based on ACR findings.

Weekly CO (Collection Officers) Performance Review:

- Conduct weekly performance reviews of Collection Officers (COs).

- Provide feedback and support to COs to enhance their performance.

Target Achievement Oversight:

- Maintain close control and monitoring to ensure that allocated collection targets are achieved.

- Implement strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.

Field Location Visits:

- Travel to all locations within the assigned area on a monthly basis.

- Conduct physical performance reviews of each field location.

- Provide on-site support and guidance to improve performance where necessary.

Receipt Book Audits:

- Perform periodic audits of receipt books to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.

- Address any discrepancies or issues identified during audits promptly.

Daily Productivity Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain and share daily productivity Management Information System (MIS) reports with higher management.

- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations based on MIS findings.

Monthly Team Meetings:

- Organize and lead monthly team meetings at the hub location.

- Conduct performance reviews, discuss challenges, and strategize for improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in collections management or related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.

- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position requiring regular travel and on-site visits.

- Fast-paced environment with deadlines and targets to meet.

- Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including agencies, COs, and higher management.
