Job Responsibility
Channel Programs
1. Generate actionable consumer/ shopper insights to maximize channel profits.
2. Use these insights to plan unit specific initiatives in E&D, Grocery, and Convenience channel.
3. Ensure outlet activation execution
4. Ensure support development and implementation of unit activation plans, using approved national/regional channel standards.
5. Ordering of standard approved activation elements & other marketing collaterals
6. Co-ordinate with Corporate teams to ensure efficient promotion and portfolio management
7. Vertical Expansion:
- Drive scale up according to unit specific plan and outlet activation execution as per picture of success.
- Ensure timely roll out of monthly promotions in all outlets.
- Drive 100% volume growth and 100% billing of promo pack across all outlets
- Ensure improvement of Execution in Vertical Expansion outlets
Budgeting
1. Custodian of unit channel budgets.
2. Striving for cost efficiencies in activation plans.
Across depots & distributors
1. Development of local initiatives
2. Implementation of tracking systems and evaluation process
3. Local Initiatives to scale up the national/regional program
Analysis and Reporting
1. Ensure Market updation for volume tracking.
2. Analysis for monthly corrective actions on respective executor.
3. Identify gaps & growth opportunities in various channels
4. Mapping competition activities
