Area Business Manager - Working Capital/Secured Loan
Responsibilities:
Managing Sales for Designated Region: Take charge of overseeing the sales operations for Business Loans within the assigned region.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to drive direct sourcing efforts and achieve business targets.
Network Building: Develop and expand the sales and distribution network in the designated territory to maximize outreach and business opportunities.
Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality service.
End-to-End Loan Management: Manage the entire loan process, from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination and synergy between sales, credit, and operations teams to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency.
