1. Responsible for maximizing profitability of the Area
2. Drive sales for all product lines (Working Capital, Business Loans) in the Area and ensure achievement of sales targets
3. Drive achievement of collection targets in the Area and ensure maintenance of quality collections portfolio
4. Manage administrative activities for the Area and undertake expansion of branch network
5. Oversee and manage all Branch teams in the Area.
6. Review P/L statements for the overall Area and individual branches; Determine focus areas for increasing Area profitability with inputs from the RBM.
7. Review and finalize Area Sales plan in collaboration with ASMs of respective product lines.
