Role Focus:
- Act as a Profit Centre Head specifically for the used Commercial Vehicle (CV) business segment.
- Drive results and profitability in this segment.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity (State Manager / Regional Manager / Cluster Manager) specifically in the used Commercial Vehicle sector.
- Core expertise in handling end-to-end transactions in the used car business.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in maintaining and nurturing relationships with Dealers, used car brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSA's) as per company norms and guidelines.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and ensure compliance in all dealings.
Team Management:
- Demonstrated capability in effectively managing and leading a team.
- Responsible for guiding and motivating team members to achieve targets and maintain high performance standards.
Result Orientation:
- Strong orientation towards achieving set goals and targets.
- Track record of delivering business results, particularly in the used CV loan segment.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Sound decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Location Specific:
- Will be based in Varanasi, requiring familiarity with the local market dynamics and customer preferences.
Financial Acumen:
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and ability to analyze financial reports related to the used CV loan business.
- Experience in budget management and cost control to ensure profitability.
Market Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the used commercial vehicle market trends, including pricing, demand-supply dynamics, and competitor analysis.
