Area Business Manager - Tw Loan
Result-Oriented Leadership:
- Drive the Two Wheeler (TW) Loan business segment to serve as a profitable center within the organization.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed financial targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success, continuously striving for improvement and optimization.
End-to-End Management:
- Oversee all aspects of TW Loan operations, including customer acquisition, credit assessment, loan processing, disbursement, and collection.
- Ensure seamless coordination between different departments involved in the loan lifecycle, such as sales, credit, operations, and collections.
- Implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Experience Requirement:
- Utilize extensive experience in the TW Loan industry, with at least 5 years of proven success in leadership roles such as State Manager, Regional Manager, or Cluster Manager.
- Leverage industry insights and knowledge to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and formulate competitive strategies.
Relationship Management:
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with dealerships, used car brokers, and DSAs to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Collaborate closely with partners to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while maintaining ethical business practices in all dealings with partners and stakeholders.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel empowered, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
