Position : Area Business Manager - Retail
Job Location : Hyderabad
Reporting to : Regional Business Manager (RBM)
Scope of the role :
Accountable for driving retail business operations and achievement of the retail top-line for Lifestyle product Retail in a defined territory
Job Profile :
Drive top-line and profitability for each and every store
Drive processes that ensure uniformly high customer experience levels in all retail formats
Lead the team of REs and retail staff at stores.
Identify and recommend opportunities for business expansion
Identify potential business associates. Manage relationships with franchisees and key business associates.
Ensure implementation of all required retail processes, in terms of VM, store maintenance, commercial and statutory requirements (company stores).
Retain talent through coaching and guidance. Reinforce usage of LMS.
Reduce and manage costs and budgets
Key Deliverables :
Ensure that all the retail stores in the territory are profitable and achieve targeted top-line
Achieve value and volume targets for all brands
Achievement of key retail metrics
Expansion in relevant catchment towns in the market as per budget
Like-to-like growth for existing stores
Enhance look and feel by renovating, enhancing merchandise mix, and ensuring proper VM implementation across stores
Monitor Store Operations & ensure 100% Commercial Compliance
Device and implement retail improvement.
Implementing Key Initiatives - Knowledge Management, etc
Desired Candidate profile :
Suitable candidate would be a Post Graduate in Management having about 3 - 6 years of work experience in a Retail sales and operations.
Should possess excellent people, communication and analytical skills.
The person should possess high level of energy, be people oriented and pay attention to detail.
