Responsibilities:
Sales and Target Management:
- Input and Consolidation: Work with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) to analyze and consolidate potential sales data in the region.
- Annual Business Targets: Develop and approve annual sales targets for franchise partners.
Manpower Optimization:
- Strategy Development: Formulate and gain approval for strategies aimed at optimizing manpower in retail functions.
Financial Monitoring:
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the financial performance of both company-owned and franchised stores against set targets.
Reporting and Review:
- Implementation: Develop and implement mechanisms to track operational performance.
- Course Correction: Ensure that performance issues are identified and addressed through corrective actions.
Market and Competition Analysis:
- Market Potential: Study and assess market potential and competition across various cities.
- Expansion Planning: Create expansion plans and present them to the RBM for approval.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market potential, and financial performance.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing business targets, manpower strategies, and expansion plans.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial performance metrics and the ability to monitor and improve store performance.
- Reporting Skills: Proficiency in developing reporting mechanisms and reviewing operational performance.
- Market Insight: Ability to study market trends, benchmark competition, and formulate expansion strategies.
- Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively seek approval and present plans to senior management.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role in retail or a related industry is often required.
- Experience with both company-owned and franchised operations is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing retail operations effectively.
Education:
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree may be preferred.
