Area Business Manager - FMCG

Opening is for a leading FMCG Co in Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata

Position - Area Business Manager (Candidates Presently working with Leading Known Brands with 6-8Yrs exp,Age below 30Yrs)

- MBA from Reputed Institute (B.Tech + MBA preferred)

- 60% or above marks throughout education is mandatory

AGE : BELOW 30 YRS

Experience : 6-8 Yrs

- 3 to 6 years of Dealer / Branch Management experience from the FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Durables / Paint / Tyre / Plywood / Battery / Plywood / Veneer / Sanitaryware / Bath Fittings / Faucet / Tiles / Electrical /Switchgear / Construction & Building Materials etc.

- 1 to 3 years- experience of Territory Business Management with a team of at least 2-3 people

Job Responsibilities :

- To achieve the sales targets on a monthly / quarterly / annually basis, strictly abiding the current Company's Trade Policy (TP)

- To ensure that the collection targets are met on a monthly basis strictly abiding the current Company's Trade Policy (TP).

- To train, guide and support the field force and to ensure that every member of the team achieves the sales and collection targets on monthly basis.

- To maintain good trade relationship with every business associate and strive to enhance the image of the Company.

Desired Skills :

- To report regularly to the RBM/ GM/ NSH about the trend, market conditions, dealer/market development, competitors- activities, working of the field force, staff efficiency or any other information deemed fit for the growth, progress and profitability of the Company.

Responsible for follow-up of customer complaints :

- Channel Management skills

- Usage of contemporary communication tools

- Ability to think, plan & execute

- Ability to lead and manage a team

- Strong logical & problem solving ability

- Proactive & positive in outlook

- Leadership ability
