Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive the agenda of distribution based secondary growth
- Lead the team of sales officers on the field coaching, daily sales review and tactical planning
- Manage the super-distributor for efficient execution of all sales initiatives to meet the planned goals
- Share needful market/competitor feedback and insights with RBM for optimal support planning
- Ensure compliance of all field systems and processes are followed.
KRAs :
Numeric Distribution : No. of productive outlets in a given month
Secondary Volumes : to be monitored through SO
Profile :
- MBA with a max. age of 40
- Min. 10 to 15 years of experience handling TSI/SO with any Tier-I FMCG companies
- High on achievement and incentive orientation
