Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Consolidation:

- Task: Provide input to the Regional Business Manager (RBM) to consolidate potential sales data and develop annual business targets for the regions.

- Objective: Ensure that sales targets are realistic and aligned with the company's overall goals.

Franchise Partner Targets:

- Task: Develop and approve annual business targets for franchise partners.

- Objective: Align franchisee goals with the company's expectations to drive growth and profitability.

Manpower Optimization:

- Task: Develop strategies for optimizing manpower within the retail function and seek approval for these strategies.

- Objective: Ensure efficient use of human resources to support business operations and growth.

Financial Performance Monitoring:

- Task: Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of company-owned and franchised stores against set targets.

- Objective: Identify any deviations from targets and implement corrective actions to maintain financial health.

Reporting & Review Mechanisms:

- Task: Develop and implement mechanisms for reporting and reviewing operational performance.

- Objective: Track performance effectively and make necessary adjustments to stay on course with business objectives.

Market Analysis & Expansion Planning:

- Task: Study market potential, benchmark competition across various cities, and create expansion plans.

- Objective: Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand into new markets, seeking approval from the RBM as needed.

Skills and Competencies:

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial performance.

- Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing business targets and expansion plans.

- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial performance metrics and ability to monitor and drive profitability.

- Communication Skills: Proficiency in presenting plans and targets to stakeholders and franchise partners.
