Area Business Head
Responsibilities:
- Execute the business development plan with the regional sales & growth head & institutional partners for the region as per the agreed annual plan.
- Ensure adherence to sales & operational processes and compliance.
- Business ownership-Target/achievement of revenue and non-revenue targets.
- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire the team to perform beyond expectations.
- Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences.
- When required, traveling to prospective schools across the region for meeting stakeholders and decision-makers for the closing of the sales deals/tie-ups.
- Ownership of all Schools & Channel Partner relationships in the assigned region.
- Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirement in your territory.
Skills Set and Qualifications:
- Qualification should be a graduate.
- MBA's preferred.
- Any additional professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10-15 years' experience with at least 8-10 years in retail, telecom, student recruitment, overseas education recruitment, and sales in a competitive environment.
- Minimum 8-10 years of team management experience, preferable, with a minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication Skills& Pleasing personality.
- The candidate must possess innate leadership qualities, excel in maintaining customer relationships, and have complete knowledge & true passion for sharing the benefits our products offer.
- Willingness to travel is an essential requirement of this position.
- Flexible approach to working hours will also be required, as will the ability to work towards challenging targets efficiently and autonomously.
