- Managing a multi-tier team encompassing Sr/Operations Managers, Product Associates and Delivery Executives
- Collaborating with City Heads and multiple business verticals for various business needs
- Ability to hire and manage a multi-tier team
- Analysis of performance based on delivery, manpower and inventory reports on a daily basis
- Ensuring that all standard processes are followed across outlets.
- Identifying problems to devise & implement new processes to tackle them across all stores.
- Grievance resolution of the outlet teams and ensuring continued motivation and longevity of team members
Required Skills :
- Ability to be resourceful and entrepreneurial in the face of uncertainty
- Tactful in managing a large crew with effective ground team leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management
