Business Head - PP Granules sales
New Business Development - Ensuring achievement of short term and long term business objectives of the organization by long term strategizing and detailed planning in collaboration with the Management & Operations.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales Targets and Growth projections
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Determining the appropriate channel to close the deals
- Responsible for profitability of the vertical by selling products at the price agreed in the business plan or above the same
- Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Mapping the entire account and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The entire account mapping recorded and shared regularly with the management, if there are changes in the account.
- Process Management - Responsible for liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Ensuring that the dispatch of products are being done timely and reach at customer end in a proper manner(adherence to the quantity and quality)
- Customer Relationship Management - Maintaining business relationships by retaining existing customers and attracting new prospects
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolution to queries, timely delivery, and quality of product as per the terms.
- Handling customer complaints and claims
- Handling customer audits and compliances
- Optimum Utilization - Responsible for ensuring 100% productivity utilization of the plant capacity is done
- Last Mile Support - Responsible for coordination with logistics arrangements to ensuring timely delivery
- Responsible for resolution of all post sales issues like quality, difference in weight, etc. and getting the same resolved
- Revenue Collection - Responsible for the collection of payments as per the contract signed with the client
- Team Management - Responsible for recruitment a new team members
- Responsible for territory expansion
- Responsible for training and building team
