Arcolab - Logistics Manager - EXIM/Export

- Take care of Global exports for formulations -1500 FEU/Annum

- Cost optimization through negotiation with Forwarders, Airlines and Shipping Lines.

- Managing invoicing, and container/dispatch planning. Demonstrate high levels of responsiveness to the organizational and customer needs including the availability to troubleshoot issues in different time zones

- Ensuring compliant and complaint free documentation, maintain adherence to SLAs for submission for pre-shipment and post shipment documentation

- Effective interaction with Plants, Business Teams and Corporate Planning

- Ensuring cold chain and Good Distribution Practices, validation for new routes, and managing excursions via effective CAPAs

- KPI monitoring, container tracking, Update Tableau Dashboards, Automation and optimization of Processes

- Managing Import shipments, and Compliance Reporting for EOUs. Taking care of equipment Transfers within locations. Interaction with DGFT, Custom Officials on a required basis.

Requirements:

- Experience in Logistics department in Pharma Industry. Strong Communication skills and Digital Transformation experience from Pharma Industry.
