Architect-Residential Complex/Commercial/Mall

Role : Resident Architect

Sub function : Design

Function : Design

Reports To : Project Head

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordination with Regional Design Team (incl. Consultants, if required) for release of GFC drawings.

- Study all the GA/GFC drawings received from various consultants.

- Raise queries / RFI to consultants with quick resolution.

- Shop drawings coordination & get the approval through internal & external stakeholders.

- Site inspections, raising of NCRs based on non-compliance.

Qualification & Other requirements :

- B. Arch. with 4- 6 years experience.

- He must have completed at least one lifecycle project consisting of at least 30 story residential building with Aluminum shuttering formwork-.

- He must be currently working with a Leading Real Estate company of India.

- OMT & EWS ; Residential experience required.

- MTP ; Commercial / Mall experience required.
