Job Description:
- Minimum 10 years of solution architecture experience implementing Oracle HCM applications products.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role developing solutions or implementing Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proven track record of leading enterprise solution design and configuration activities across or at least 3 of the following domain areas:
a. HR Core including Absence and Benefits
b. Talent Acquisition
c. Talent Management including Performance Management, Goals, Career and Succession Planning, Talent Review
d. Learn
e. Payroll
f. Time & Labor
g. Helpdesk
h. Health & Safety
- Deep understanding of HCM business practices across a variety of industries, including emerging capabilities and domain area trends.
- Experience managing large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client.
Includes:
- Define and develop and execute training programs to focus on required Oracle HCM certifications.
- Able to support workplan to ensure delivery is qualified and above expectations.
- Identify and support skills gaps to define teams areas of development and / or sourcing.
- Collaborate with HCM Cloud Capability Lead and project team(s) to ensure on time on budget client project delivery.
- Support and lead off shore team in collaborating with onshore team to define GTM solutions, accelerators and HCM Cloud offerings.
- Excellent delegation skills, negotiation skills and strong people management skills.
- Experience with the People Supply Chain processes of a large consulting services firm, with documented experience hiring candidates.
- Strong ability to implement solutions to solve business problems.
- Experience in designing, developing and application migration for Oracle technology solutions into cloud platforms.
- Experience in solutioning AM and AD engagements for emerging technologies.
- Deep experience in leadership and executive roles, with a history of leading large people teams. Must be able to guide and develop consulting team to meet the new emerging technology needs.
- Strong experience is HCM proposal lifecycle, sales strategy and deal shaping.
- Ability to design solutions on Oracle HCM Cloud technologies, including extensions leveraging Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
